The original store was initially owned by Dan’s brother Mark Scott, owner of Mark Scott Construction who used the store primarily as a showroom for his construction business. The showroom was originally managed by Dan Scott who oversaw sales and installations. In 2005 the business was sold to Dan & Kimberley Scott, who decided to make it a retail location open to the public. In 2007 we expanded the showroom by joining the national chain Floor to Ceiling which allowed us to have national buying power in many different interior design product categories, yet still be family run. Another attractive feature Floor to Ceiling offers is the ability to serve our local customer base with regional products most important to our market place, such as our emphasis on green products.
